i am spiderman!
wah.. i had an "Operation Break-in to Masterbedroom" at abt 12plus midnight just now.. duno how come my mother locked herself out.. i tried picking the lock but to no avail.. nobody noes where the godamn keys r.. theres a high possibility the keys r in the room itself.. lol... i decided to give it a try.. climbing thru the ventilation window of the bathroom.. i spent abt 30mins trying stools washing machine everything.. bamboo poles.. mops.. i was the leader of this operation as my mother went to sleep at the living room sofa.. i was the only man in this operation.. so there goes... i was pacing up n down.. sweating like duno wat.. den my mother woke up.. she asked.."u gonna climb in thru there?"... den i took a deep breath and i went for it.. step up the stool on to the washing machine.. hands on the base of the window sill.. pushed upper body into the bathroom.. lucky the design of the bathroom is such that there was sth for me to hold on to.. n slide myself in thru that window.. i dropped in some stools.. n moved the ladder in.. opened it up so that i haf sth to descend with.. mission accomplished!

i saw 3 nos honda integra parked side by side at westcoastpark.. when wud it be our turn to haf 3 swifts parked side by side..when exiting the carpark.. saw a bmw.. its either an m3 or 3 series.. carbon fibre hood.. very nice.. reminded me of that m3 in nfsmw.. only filthyly rich kids can put carbon fibre hoods on a bmw here.. either that or they r regulars n maybe their cars will get towed in 2,3 months time.. i will always rem wat roy told me "u see the towing company lor, its all either evo or sti.. all previous owner confirm regulars one".. they overestimate the cost of owning one of those cars... with their supposedly high pays
my first blading experience
so i was just doing nothing in particular in the aftnoon.. den nyk msg me.. wanna go blading? ecp? den i thot.. i duno how to blade.. but..rather than stay home.. miteswell go out.. with em..not bad for a first timer.. some ppl cant even balance on their first try.. i bladed abt 1/3 times 2 the length of ecp..its a freakin long stretch for a first timer.. at first things were going well.. frm staggering steps to slightly comfortable gliding.. they say.. might be that i ice skated b4.. (word of advice: first timers dun blade for >1hr... its dangerous..) first 1 hr plus its was all ok.. den started to tire.. legs were aching.. lost concentration.. fell once.. biggest wound of the day...den almost fell agn when looking for washing area to wash my wound n the stupid wallet dropped into the drain where all the soapy things flow frm the washup point.. damn... (dun stick ur wallet at the back next time! lol).. i oso gei kiang lah.. want to climb a grass slope n across the drain thinking i can "walk" my way in...n my final fall was on my back.. got girl ah.. oso beginner.. den the leo in me kickstarted.. vroom vroom!!! den oh oh.. bang.. on my back.. wah.. pain.. it seemed like i forgot the feel of gliding towards the last 15 mins of the day.. kept losing balance..
den met up with hx who incidentally is working at ecp as residential landscape coordinator.. cool sounding post.. he got his lorry.. with the big NPARKS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR plate.. got VIP parking.. just drive on the grass patch n hazard light there.. although its like at night.. lol.. the experiences on th lorry n with the lorry was quite fun.. took some videos but quality wasnt very good.. shall upload another day...if i feel like it.. but its just quite cool to haf a classmate who has a company vehicle.. can drive ard n ard n ard n ard..

The Commando Section Leaders' Course (CSLC), as its name implies, trains Commando trainees to be section leaders, taking in selected candidates from those who have completed the Basic Commando Training phase. These candidates are put through a range of tests, including the Physical Readiness Test, the Commando Common Tasks test, and an interview by the Commando Chain of Command, before acceptance.
The course is a physically demanding one, with trainees expected to complete the Standard Obstacle Course immediately after a 10 kilometre run, all in combat gear and within timing. They must also pass two fast marches in Full Battle Order over a distance of six and ten kilometres. In the meantime, various fieldcraft skills are inculcated to enable them to lead a section effectively and to improve survivality.
Officer training
Commando Officers are selected from within its own ranks and over a year-long period of accessment, unlike the majority of those from the rest of the SAF who are selected during the 3-month centralised Basic Military Training phase. Potential candidates are accessed from the time they are enlisted into the Formation, and only the top graduants of the Commando Section Leaders' Course are selected for further screening. About 15 successfully go on attend the Infantry Officers' Cadet Course at Officer Cadet School in the SAFTI Military Institute.
Upon successful completion, they are commissioned as Commando Officers, and attend a Commando Officer Conversion Course (COCC) at the CTW for a seven week period, where they are trained to take on the role of Platoon Commander with the 1st Commando Battalion. Other graduants from Officer Cadet School, as well as commissioned Officers in the SAF may also apply to join the COCC to become Commando Officers.

The Parachutist Badge, known as the Silver Wings, is awarded upon successful completion of the Basic Airborne Course. First awarded to the pioneering graduating batch of 27 NSFs from Second Company, 1st Commando Battalion (1 Cdo Bn), it comprises of a pair of outspread wings on both wigs of a deployed parachute, with the words "SINGAPURA" below the canopy. With the design sanctioned by 1 Cdo Bn's Commanding Officer, Tan Kim Peng Clarence, it is diffrentiated by a crimson velvet backing for Commandos, while those of the Commando Parachute Jump Instructors have a golden velvet backing. Non-Commandos wear the badge without any backing.

its supposed to be a commercial table.. but we r so used to it.. n it actually looks okay in a home setting lah.. but the prob is.. u need at least a 17 ft by 12 ft room to hold that table..
