bessie
shes one of the more active dogs.. her brother, beckham, has the same genes.. i challenged myself to bringing her out from the cage.. i lost to her.. didnt get a firm grip on her collar.. lucky there was alan who helped me hold on to her.. shes so eager to please.. likes to act pitiful, act cute.. by staring innocently at ur hands.. wondering wat ur gonna do next.. if only i could bring her home... im not sure if she really likes me or isit the peanut butter on my hands... runned with her on the leash.. she almost made me trip.. german shepherds r fast.. super active dog..she felt really comfortable with me.. rolled on her back n let me play with her... she licked my face...she likes to stand on her hind legs n paw us... i felt good when she obeyed my commands sitting and lying down... however its not that im good.. its just that these dogs r almost 30 over some 40 over human years old... they have been in service for longer than us.. so its the dogs training us not us training the dogs...playing with them once in awhile is fun but when ur a qualified dog handler u got dog patrol details.. the working part is not fun.. its the playing part which is fun.. so therefore.. i am happy with my current job upstairs.. good luck to my fellow batchboys both going for dog course later this month...
